Discover the World on a Bicycle TourWelcome to our 2009 Season!Bicycling is one of the best ways to explore the world. We know because we’ve been bicycle touring the globe since 1972. ExperiencePlus! is a family owned company that offers bicycle tours in over twenty countries. We started bicycling in Europe over 30 years ago and since then we've helped bicyclists and curious travelers discover bicycle touring throughout the world. Our bicycle trips in France and Italy, our "home-away-from-home," are our most popular but we’ve expanded our bicycle tours to include itineraries in Spain, Greece, Costa Rica, Croatia, Chile, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia, and the U.S. Come discover Europe and South America on one of our bicycle trips and we promise you'll feel like you've really been somewhere when you get home. Using our signature "chalk arrow" navigation system, you’ll bicycle on quiet country roads. You’ll stay in small, family-run inns in the heart of town. From Tuscany to Provence, from Istanbul to the Chilean island of Chiloé, come and experience local village life firsthand. If you love bicycling or simply being active, fabulous food, laughter, and the thought of traveling with some of the most fascinating people on the planet, ExperiencePlus! is your gateway to a lifetime of discovery. So come on in to our website and explore a little, then send us an email or give us a call the old-fashioned way. We’d love to get acquainted and help you choose your next adventure. ![]() -The Price Family |

Northern Italy's Piedmont RegionItaly’s Piedmont district nestles into the great sweep of the Maritime and French Alps in northwest Italy. In its history and culinary traditions it is almost as much a part of France as it is of Italy. Indeed, the original “House of Savoy” which eventually became the Piedmont and gave impetus to the unification of all of Italy, began in Alpine Switzerland and France. Once extending beyond Nice in France and including the island of Sardinia, the House of Savoy became a melting pot at critical transit routes over the Alps. The Piedmont absorbed the best of French wine and cheese making traditions and the best of Italian culinary arts. Our bicycle tours through the heart of Piedmont capture the essence of this thousand year old culture, including the wine region of Barolo, Asti and Alba. The extended “plus” tour continues with a bicycle ride across the rice paddies of the Po Valley to end in Italy’s Lake District north and west of Milan. This is a great place to rest and sightsee for a few days after a great bicycle trip! For details on the bicycle tours in the Piedmont region, see the bicyle itineraries below.
